Elspeth has mission to help people who are not fully accepting of their bodies with transformations into becoming stronger, more resilient and gaining the great body that comes with it. She believes any person can gain strength mentally and physically. Through learning to use your strengths more intuitively to feel alive, secure and confident with accepting your body. You will develop a sense of freedom to pursue activities you feel passionate about doing.
 
Get strong remotely and get results through training at times that suit you
 
In this program you will:
  • Become stronger and more resilient
  • Achieve your ideal body composition
  • Practice and perfect movements required to become stronger
  • Follow a training program designed for you to see results
  • Develop an understanding of the nutritional demands of your lifestyle, recover effectively and be motivated to train.
  • Learn how to effectively measure your body composition
  • With your newfound strength develop a sense of freedom to do the things you are passionate about doing or become stronger in your sport
  • Form part of the ‘get strong doing it’ community
 
 
Duration:
  • 9 months
(3 and 6 month plans also available) 
 
Services included:
 
  • Initial 1-1 goal setting session
  • Access to training at Get Strong Performance
  • A average of 8 training sessions a month delivered in 4 week blocks (9 blocks total)
  • Practice correct technique of movements to develop strength, flexibility and power through videos and invitations to technique sessions
  • Nutritional guidance suited to your goals and stage of the program
  • Regular performance testing where you will have evidence of your results
  • Monthly monitoring of results of improvements in your body composition
  • Face to face catch up every 4 weeks
  • Access to the private ‘we are getting strong doing it’ facebook group.
  • Access to free monthly events and challenges.
